Apple continues beta testing of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 today. The company released iOS 15 beta 5 and iPadOS 15 beta 5 for developers, and they’re now rolling out through the Settings app on iPhone and iPad.
iOS 15 beta 5 and iPadOS 15 beta 5 are available to developers via a live update in the Settings app. As usual, if the update does not appear immediately for download, keep checking, as it can sometimes take a few minutes to roll out for all registered developers. Today’s iOS 15 beta 5 build number is 19A5318f.
The new version of Apple’s software will not be complete until the fall, when it will be released to the general public. Testers should still expect performance and stability issues when running iOS 15 beta on major devices for now. Check out our full guide to find out if you need to run iOS 15 beta.
iOS 15 beta 4 was released on July 27 and included a handful of notable changes, including continuing changes in the infamous Safari overhaul. Other changes include official MagSafe battery support, new Podcast widgets on iPad, and more.
