Backups: Dru Samia (LG), Mason Cole (C), Dakota Dozier (RG), Kyle Hinton (LG), Cohl Cabral (C), Wyatt Davis (RG)

Notes on the listing: There is a lot of continuity in attack, as the currently scheduled 11 starters were on the squad in 2020. Cousins, Cook, Thielen, Jefferson and Ham also made the Pro Bowl in purple. The Vikings’ offensive line is expected to have three returning starters, with Cleveland moving from right guard to left guard. Hill has made 17 starts with the Vikings over the years, while Udoh went from tackle to keeper as the camp opened. Browning showed progress and availability at camp, while Osborn and Conklin showed up in the passing game. Mattison is one of the best running backs in the league.

Entries: Danielle Hunter (LE) and Stephen Weatherly (RE)

Backups: Jalyn Holmes (LE), DJ Wonnum (RE), Hercules Mata’afa (LE), Kenny Willekes (RE), Jordan Brailford (LE), Patrick Jones II (RE), Janarius Robinson (LE)

Entries: Michael Pierce (NT) and Dalvin Tomlinson (DT)

Backups: Armon Watts (NT), Sheldon Richardson (DT), James Lynch (NT), Zeandae Johnson (DT), Jordan Scott (NT)

Entries: Anthony Barr (SLB), Eric Kendricks (MLB) and Nick Vigil (WLB)

Backups: Blake Lynch (SLB), Troy Dye (MLB), Cam Smith (WLB), Ryan Connelly (SLB), Tuf Borland (MLB), Chazz Surratt (WLB), Christian Elliss (SLB)

Entries: Patrick Peterson and Bashaud Breeland

Backups: Mackensie Alexander and Cameron Dantzler; Harrison Hand and Kris Boyd; Dylan Mabin, Tye Smith, Parry Nickerson and Amari Henderson

Entries: Harrison Smith and Xavier Woods

Backups: Myles Dorn and Camryn Bynum; Josh Metellus and Luther Kirk

Notes on the listing: The Vikings’ defense is very different from a year ago, especially up front. Hunter and Pierce haven’t played in 2020, and both have looked tough at camp. Tomlinson, a free agent added this spring, will also add muscle up front. Weatherly returns to Purple after a year of absence and competes with Wonnum for the starting position against Hunter. Barr and Kendricks remain among the best linebacking duos in the league; their respective absences were felt last season. Minnesota could also have three new starting cornerbacks from a year ago, as the listed starters offer a lot of experience and knowledge. Smith is a safety fixture and Woods has received high praise from the coaching staff since his arrival in March.
