Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Scott was rushed to a Michigan hospital late last month following a suicide attempt, a day after she had just put down her mother at rest, learned The Daily Beast.

It is not known if Sluck’s death was sudden, but according to photos released by family members in recent months, Sluck was using a wheelchair and was seen wearing what appears to be a hospital ID bracelet. at wrist.

Scott married his girlfriend Eminem, née Marshall Mathers III, in 1999 after meeting the 15-year-old Detroit-area rapper when she was around 13. However, after a long and tumultuous relationship, the two divorced in 2001. They briefly reconciled and remarried in January 2006, but separated for good in April.

Over the years, Scott struggled with addiction, being arrested on several occasions for possession of illegal substances. In 2007, she told Dr. Keith Ablow on her talk show that she had already tried to kill herself in 2000 after hearing Eminem perform his song “Kim” about his hatred for her and beat up an inflatable doll that looked like him. in front of a crowd.

In 2015, she claimed to have intentionally crashed her car into a telephone pole after consuming alcohol and taking prescription medication. “I sat at the end of a road where I knew no one but me would be hurt,” she told a radio show. “I didn’t expect to make it out alive. So far, no member of Scott’s family has directly discussed his hospitalization or Sluck’s recent death. His niece Alaina, whose mother is Scott’s late sister, Dawn, only spoke of a “long, stressful week” on August 1.

Dawn died at the age of 40 from a reported drug overdose in 2016, with Scott writing a tribute to her twin saying, “Half of me is gone, I kept a light on for her, hoping that ‘she would find me. “
