MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Dolphins participated in the first of two joint practices with the Chicago Bears on Wednesday.
CBS4’s Steve Goldstein and Kim Bokamper are in Chicago to cover Saturday’s preseason game at Soldier Field.

After the warm-ups, severe weather delays occurred and the teams had to train at the Walter Payton Center.
The Dolphins had their full roster with them in Chicago, although several veteran players are expected to be limited or non-participating during the week.
Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki has returned from the reserve / COVID-19 list.
Gesicki had a unique way of staying fit while he was gone.

“I was in my apartment, had an assault bike on my balcony and rode a bit. There were dumbbells in the living room, it really just made it work for 10 days, ”Gesicki said.
Miamis’ other tight end and former Bears player Adam Shaheen saw familiar faces on the pitch Wednesday.
Wide receivers DeVante Parker, Will Fuller and Albert Wilson have reportedly not been training.
