Ben Affleck celebrated his birthday with his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez after all. We initially reported that he spent his 49th birthday with his children without Lopez, but we are corrected. The two met later after separate plans during the day.
After Lopez attended producer Jennifer Klein’s annual Day of Indulgence, a source reveals that she and her twins Emme and Max went to Affleck’s house in the evening for a “quiet celebration.” Lopez also chose jewelry for the daughters of Ben Violet, 15, and Seraphina, 12 at the event before heading to her boyfriend’s house.
“Jennifer had a cake for him,” a source close to Lopez said People. “Ben’s not the big party type, so he thought it was perfect. It was exactly what he wanted.”
Affleck and her three children – daughters Violet and Seraphina and their son Samuel, 9 – were spotted visiting a friend earlier today in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles without the multi-hyphen. A source also said TMZ that the two are planning another birthday trip, this time for Ben.

Things seem to be going wonderfully for the rekindled couple. Their families and friends seem to be approving the romance again – including Matt Damon.
