Not even Oprah is safe from a look back years later on questionable behavior – including an interview she had with Dolly parton it’s now under the microscope … with a 2021 target.
Snippets of the 2003 session with the iconic country singer resurfaced over the weekend, and it seems some people are wondering what Oprah was asking Dolly, how she was asking … and what exactly was her goal in probing what some might consider deet personal.
I feel like Oprah wanted her to be embarrassed but Mrs Dolly said “no” pic.twitter.com/QuYnxx1fNT

In the first video, Oprah asks Dolly how she can be so beautiful for her age… and Dolly gives a pleasant response. O, however, follows up and presses… noting that she’s been open about cosmetic work – but Dolly rolls the punches and cops openly.
Dolly even says she’ll likely continue to go under the knife – and some people point out that Oprah looks a bit disappointed that Dolly turned it in her favor. Frankly… it’s a little tense – but that’s how some fans interpret body language.

A second clip from that same interview also appeared, and Oprah dives right into a bit of a heavy topic … by saying that she heard that Dolly fell into a huge depression at 40. Yes, she’s pretty flippant and cavalier about it – almost in a “gotcha” sense – but DP is graceful.
Again, she’s nimble and jokes that she wasn’t depressed about her age, but about her overall appearance, which she laughed at. In other words, she expertly answered Oprah’s “tough questions” with the utmost charm… that’s what Twitter says, anyway.

Now, some analysis … people are either coming to drag Oprah on it (yes, seriously) or rush to her defense – pointing out that she’s a champion for so many good things, and that this interview doesn’t make or break her. heritage. And at this point, it certainly isn’t.
That said, Orpah’s sometimes abrasive interview style is no secret – she has used this frontal approach throughout her career (including recently with Harry and Meg), and has been criticized for not being as sensitive as it perhaps could have been. More often than not, however, she got a pass … because she’s Oprah Winfrey … and her goodwill with the audience goes a long way. Plus, a lot of people love him for his flawless demeanor.
However, in the 2020s … it seems people are a little more susceptible than ever before about this. Are we really trying to cancel Oprah ??? Yes, it appears to be.
