COLORADO – Police investigators in Woodland Park plan to search a landfill for missing mother Kelsey Berreth, who is from Warden.

His fiancé, Patrick Frazee, was charged with the murder of Berreth while the investigators had not found Berreth's body.

Detectives from the Woodland Park Police Department and other law enforcement officials will begin searching the Midway landfill site on February 26.

Investigators are now focusing on recovering Berreth's remains and on any additional evidence in the landfill. The search should last from 16 to 80 days.

This is the second time that investigators will search the landfill site. The first time, it was January 17th.

On December 19, Frazee was spotted at a waste treatment facility after the police forces left her home. He was driving a white pickup truck that was pulling a trailer full of garbage. Two other men arrived in separate cars and unloaded their garbage from the trailer while Frazee remained in her truck.

Two days later, the Colorado police detained Frazee at his home and was accused of Berreth's disappearance.

Frazee will appear in court on April 8 for an indictment in which he will enter a plea in the case.
