Verizon launches a subscription box that looks like Stitch Fix for tech

Verizon just took a tip from the fashion industry with Tech Pack, a subscription box that allows users to try different tech products for two weeks before deciding whether to keep them or not.

The new service was announced Friday in emails sent to some Verizon customers. Apparently, it is still in the testing phase and has already been completed.

Similar to other subscription boxes such as Stitch Fix or FabFitFun, users first respond to a survey of gadgets that they like so that the box can be tailored to their interests. . Three mystery products are then sent (Verizon has not decided how often) and the user can decide to keep them or return them after two weeks.

Although registration is free, the Tech Pack could be expensive for subscribers who keep most of their products, which could be worth hundreds of dollars depending on their preferences. Possible products could cost as little as $ 40 (Belkin Car Charger) or $ 180 (Canary Flex Camera) or higher. All products come with instructions, tutorials, technical support and return labels.
