Gonzaga head coach Mark Few cited for drinking and driving

Gonzaga’s head basketball coach Mark Few was reportedly cited on Monday for impaired driving just north of Coeur d’Alene, according to the Coeur d’Alene Police Department.

Other reports say few breath samples were blown from 0.119 and 0.120 – The legal limit in Idaho is 0.08. Not good at all.

Police said few people showed “multiple signs of intoxication” after being pulled over by police around 8 p.m. over reports of speeding and reckless driving. So far, Gonzaga has yet to make a statement after reporters for the spokesperson reached out.

Few of Gonzaga’s legends have led the team to an overall record of 630-126 during their 22-year tenure as head coach. The program is awaiting more information on the arrest, but for now the initial prognosis is that we have another Tony La Russa situation on our hands.
