The green light was reported over the base’s speakerphone system more than four hours after two people reported hearing gunshots, according to FOX 8 in Cleveland.

The entire base was on lockdown, but emergency responders focused on the base’s National Air and Space Intelligence Center in Area A, according to a tweet from the airbase’s 88th Wing.

The base speaker could be heard from outside the base saying, “Lock, lock, lock,” according to WHIO.com.
