Josh Homme, frontman of Queens Of The Stone Age, is currently facing a restraining order that seeks to keep him away from his family. TMZ reports that Brody Dalle, Homme’s ex-wife and head of Distillers, has filed a lawsuit against Homme on behalf of their two sons, Orrin, 10, and Wolf, 5. According to Dalle’s legal documents, Orrin claims that Male grabbed her private parts, gave her an ear knock, hit her head, pricked her chest and threw things at her.
These same documents claim that Homme drank drunk while driving, called Orrin fat, and threatened to kill Dalle’s boyfriend. Wolf, according to these documents, made similar statements. The restraining order would require Male to stay at least 100 meters from the two children and the family dog.
In a statement to TMZ, Male’s attorney, Susan Weisner, said: “Ms. Dalle has previously taken the allegations to police, DCFS and the president of the Family Court, all of whom have refused to take action based on these spurious allegations.
Homme and Dalle married in 2005, and they divorced in 2019. Since the divorce, the two have filed restraining orders against each other.
