Round 1: Well, here’s a fight I didn’t expect to be play-by-play. 2021 is the weirdest, all of you. Tito Ortiz opens the promotional package by claiming that Anderson Silva has never fought someone like him, which is not true, and by repeatedly complaining about the 195-pound weight limit, which he didn’t even come close to reaching. Good product. Silva basically laughs through the whole package. He seems to find it hilarious that he is being paid a lot of money to do something like this. Difficult to blame him for that. These two men are 46 years old. Ortiz doesn’t sell all the pre-fight interview questions before his walk. He’s not here for your nonsense, Triller. Ortiz walks towards the ring while carrying an American flag “thin blue line”. Here is Silva draped in her trademark black and yellow with her classic DMX walkout song. Here we are. Ortiz doesn’t look much like a boxer already. Ortiz swarms with slow punches, Silva dodges them all. Ortiz’s punches look really rough. Silva leans under and unloads with a right hand! Silva crushes it! The left hand follows! Ortiz is out! It was quick! Silva barely sweated.
