Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate bleed some great games. This week, Microsoft announced a shipment of Xbox One games and Xbox Series X games coming to Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on consoles and PC. That said, in the middle of this announcement, the subscription service is also losing some games that subscribers will be sad to see go. One of these games is Red Dead Online.
Red Dead Online is the inline element of Red Dead Redemption 2, played by millions. For the past few months, it has been available to Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC. That said, this opportunity to play the game through the subscription service ended this week.
On top of that, today is the last day to play Thronebreaker: The Witcher’s Tales, a fallout Witcher game that CD Projekt Red discontinued in 2018. Although it is not as popular as Red Dead Online, he has his fans, and that’s because he’s pretty awesome. That said, unlike Red Dead Online, which is a continuous experience, Thronebreaker: The Witcher’s Tales only lasts around 30 hours, so Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have had plenty of time to beat the game.
These aren’t the only games that Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers lost this week, but they’re the only ones worth noting. For the record, in addition to these two titles, Forza Motorsport 7, Fire race, and Black crystal: the age of resistance will all be gone tomorrow.
Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are available through PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
