The Arkansas No. 20 won a 45-10 victory over Georgia Southern on Saturday afternoon over Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville. With the win, the Razorbacks improve to 3-0 for the first time since 2016.

After forcing a quick three-and-out to open the game, Arkansas struck out quickly with a 73-yard run that lasted just over a minute and was capped by a 13-yard touchdown run by Trelon Smith to go up 7-0. Dominique Johnson found the end zone later in the quarter, and a Tyson morris The touchdown grab gave the Razorbacks a 21-0 lead with 8:42 remaining at the half.

Georgia Southern found some rhythm offensively from there as a quarterback Justin tomlin broke free for a 76-yard touchdown run and after the teams traded field goals, the Hogs had a 24-10 halftime lead.

Arkansas quickly gained momentum to start the third quarter when Jefferson found Warren thompson for a 60-yard touchdown and followed shortly after by a 91-yard throw and catch at Treylon Burks push the advance to 38-10. The Razorbacks scored another point when Malik hornsby found the end zone for the first time in his career on a six-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to make it 45-10 in the end.
