Travel ban to the United States: why does Biden still keep the British out of the United States?

As soon as you hear working groups, inter-service cooperation, you must feel anxious. On the American side, this travel ban is now the responsibility of the Department of State, Health, Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, the Centers for Disease Control and the National Security Council. I probably left bodies out of it.
