PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Several street closures and parking restrictions will be in effect in the city center starting Sunday evening. Sources told Eyewitness News that the set for Adam Sandler’s Netflix movie “Hustle” is moving downtown.
The City of Philadelphia said the closures and restrictions would be in effect from Sunday, September 19 through Monday, September 20 for an ongoing special event.

Traffic delays are to be expected. Motorists are advised to avoid the area by using alternative routes and to allow extra driving time in areas close to the event.
Road closures
The following streets will be closed from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, September 20:
- 1800-1900, rue de l’Arche
- 100 N. 19th Street
The following streets will be closed from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, September 20:
- 1200-1300 Market Street (eastbound traffic lanes alone)
- 12th Street and 13th Street will remain open to traffic
- All westbound lanes of traffic on Market Street will remain open to traffic
Parking Restrictions

The following streets will be posted as “Temporary No Parking” zones from 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 19 to 10 p.m. on Monday, September 20:
- 1200 Block of Market Street (on both sides of the street)
- 12th Street between Clover Street and Filbert Street (west side only)
- Market Street from 17th Street to 21st Street (on both sides of the street)
- 1800-1900 Block Arch Street (on both sides of the street)
- 100 N. 19th Street (on both sides of the street)
All “No temporary parking” signs must be obeyed. Vehicles parked at these locations during the posted hours will be relocated.
Public transport
SEPTA bus lines 17, 33, 44, 48 will be diverted from their normal routes in the East Market Street area from 12:30 p.m. on Monday, September 20 until approximately 3:30 p.m.
SEPTA bus lines 33 and 48 will be diverted from their normal routes in the 1800-1900 Arch Street area from 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 20 until approximately 12:30 p.m.
