A baffled Daniel Jones wasn’t lying when he said there was no problem between him and Kenny Golladay.
As it turns out, Golladay didn’t yell at Jones when NFL network cameras caught the star receiver letting off steam and gesturing on the Giants bench on Thursday at the start of the fourth quarter in a loss of 30-29 against Washington. Golladay’s anger was directed at offensive coordinator Jason Garrett.

The Giants were in a tough spot with a quick turnaround in Week 2, but took advantage of a weekend off before returning to practice Monday with eyes Sunday against the 31st-ranked Falcons defense.
“These three days off is huge for recovering the body,” Golladay said. “I come to every game thinking I’m going to have a big game, but as long as I keep working, everything is going to start to fall into place.”
