How to get iOS 15 right now

iOS 15 is finally here, and while it can’t be called a breakthrough update, there are enough cool new features that you might not want to wait for Apple to notify you when the update comes. is ready. It’s pretty easy to get the update right away, however. This is what you do.

• Your phone is backed up, isn’t it?

• Go to “Settings”> “General”> “Software Update”.
• Give it a moment. If the update is ready for you, it may appear on your update screen. In this case, press “Install now”. You will likely be prompted for your password and must agree to Apple’s “Terms and Conditions”.

• If you don’t see the update, look down and tap “Upgrade to iOS 15”> “Download and Install”. (The latter may appear automatically.)
• Enter your password if prompted, accept these “Terms and Conditions” and wait for the download to begin.

It will take some time to update your iPhone. So put the phone down, go do something relaxing, and then come back to your brand new operating system a bit later.
