Leonardo’s move list and showcase for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl may reference Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles team has a long history of leaving opponents in shock in the fighting game realm from Tournament Fighters to Injustice 2, and two of the brothers will be participating in a new crossover very soon.

GameMill Entertainment released the full list of Leonardo’s moves and breakdown today as he will appear in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl where he can release both katanas without fear of being censored on a children’s show.

As anyone could probably predict, the majority of the TMNT leader’s attacks are based on his swords. They apparently don’t do much damage, but Leo’s variety of slashes allows him to create extended combos and quickly reduce his opponent’s health.

Instead of knocking out characters like Spongebob Squarepants across the blast zone, a good deal of his movement on the ground or in the air is aimed at poking them down to take off the stocks.

While Leonardo can’t fire a projectile like in Tournament Fighters, his Scissor Slash and spinning worm gear look like the Super Nintendo / Sega Genesis title enough that they can reference it.

This first TMNT stage isn’t much of a surprise either being Sewer Slam, which occasionally oozes mud from the pipes to push players it comes in contact with.

The Turtle Team have two more fighters still waiting to receive their full breakdowns for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl in Michelangelo and April O’Neil, although we can get our hands on them in a few weeks when the game launches in October. . 5, 2021.
