Lexis jones mason tells TMZ… she and her family have received a ton of what she describes as “false love” left and right in her husband’s wake sudden passage earlier this month … which upsets her, as she needs financial help.

This interview is heartbreaking – Lexis holds back tears as she explains how the Johnson family has launched a GoFundMe, but they’re nowhere near their goal of $ 20,000 to bury him properly and give him the service he deserves… so far, by raising less than $ 800.

And, although people apparently told her they would donate and contribute … Lexis says a lot of that just didn’t materialize, and it seems people prefer to give emotional support. instead of helping in a way that they really need. now.

Lexis isn’t begging for handouts either, BTW … literally just enough to do well with Anthony. And, as many know, funerals aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination.

Although she says she doesn’t expect anything from anyone, Lexis would absolutely appreciate any donation that AJ’s friends or fans could bring. And, if no one passes, Lexis says she’ll likely cremate it – and get back to work ASAP to cover that up on her own.
