Netflix has unveiled a preview of its new action horror film about vampires Night teeth, starring Debby Ryan and with an appearance by Megan Fox, just in time for the Halloween season.

The trailer opens with rideshare driver Benny (Jorge Lendeborg Jr.) being invited by his passenger Blaire (Ryan) to play a game as they drive through the streets of Hollywood at night. “What would you do if you knew tonight was your last night on earth?” Blaire asks. The question kicks off a montage of shots, starting with a bit of Benny’s backstory, then moving on to a party sequence that Blaire and her friend Zoe (Lucy Fry) will be attending all night long with one final stop they have to hit on the morning. The parties escalate from clubs to a private residence, where Fox sings in a voiceover, “Who do you think runs the city? We’re richer and more powerful than you could ever imagine.”

Finally, Zoe drops one of her lines after licking blood from the face of a convenience store clerk: “You can’t be alive for 200 years and not go a little bit crazy.”

Written by Brent Dillon and directed by relative strangers Adam Randall, the film is packed with star power and plenty of slick action against glamorous, gritty sets and locations. While filming began in February 2020 in Los Angeles and New Orleans, it had to be cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Back on track for this year’s spooky season, Netflix invites audiences to ‘paint the town red’ with this action-packed entry in their Halloween-centric lineup that includes new action series in. direct for children (A Dark & Grimm Tale) and adults (Season 3 of You) next to the original (There is someone in your house) and popular (The cave) horror films.
