Two-club tie for a wild card
Protocol: A decisive match will be played on Monday, October 4 (provisionally) to determine the wild card. Home court advantage will be determined by the rules below for a two-team tie-breaker, which is based on regular season head-to-head records.

Protocol for a wild card: Once the clubs have received the designations A, B and C, club A would host club B on Monday, October 4 (provisionally). The winner of the match would then host Club C on Tuesday, October 5 (provisionally) to determine the winner of the wild card.
Protocol for two wild cards: Once the clubs have received their A, B and C designations, club A would host club B on Monday, October 4 (provisionally). The winner of the game would be declared the winner of a wild card. Club C would then host the loser of the game between Club A and Club B on Tuesday, October 5 (provisionally) to determine the second wild card.
