The man just ahead of Ben Roethlisberger on this list will stand opposite him on the pitch on Sunday. Aaron Rodgers is unlikely to make the Top 5 by passing touchdowns against the Steelers, so a good part of the story is on the line. Each of the men below is either a Hall of Fame member or is not yet eligible to be named to the Hall of Fame. There is also a good chance that each of them will be welcome in the room on their first ballot. It’s safe to say that being on this list puts you in great company.

Ben Roethlisberger will inevitably be eclipsed, as Tom Brady will become the NFL’s all-time leading passer in Sunday Night Football against his former team, the New England Patriots. It’s unfortunate timing, but Roethlisberger should be celebrated regardless of what anyone else does that day. It will be a huge weekend for NFL career milestones, and a weekend every die-hard fan should remember.
