There is nothing like a lady!

Dame Helen Mirren owned the runway on Sunday, when she walked the runway during Paris Fashion Week for the L’Oréal Paris show, marking the brand’s 50th anniversary with its slogan “Because you’re worth it”.

With her iconic blonde hair tied back in a bun and the Eiffel Tower in the background, Mirren paraded alongside fellow L’Oréal ambassadors Amber Heard and Camila Cabello. Mirren wore a black suit adorned with dramatic eyeshadow and eclectic hoops.

The L’Oréal show reportedly aimed to make a statement against street harassment while advocating for the empowerment of women, featuring dancers wearing t-shirts labeled “Feminist and Feminine”.

While the show did welcome a bit of rain (it’s Paris, after all), it didn’t seem to bother Mirren.

“I’m English, I can do it,” she said She rain. “I’m going down [the catwalk] like a giant. I love them because it’s nice to suddenly be a few inches taller, especially when you’re surrounded by all those gazelles.

Mirren is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week, having walked several L’Oréal Paris shows since becoming a brand ambassador in 2014 (the first beauty deal of her career).

“I’m not gorgeous and never have been, but I’ve always looked good and want to stay that way,” Mirren said at the time. “I have always loved the L’Oréal Paris brand and I am really delighted to become an ambassador and join such an impressive group of high performers. I hope I can inspire other women to be more confident by making the most of their natural beauty.
