Britney Spears said she cried for two hours last night because her fans helped free her from her tutelage.
In a Tweeter where she posed for Kanye West’s “Fade”, Spears wrote: “I have no words… because of you guys and your constant resistance to freeing me from my tutelage… my life is now in this direction !!!!! I cried last night for two hours because my fans are the best and I know it… ”

The singer officially asked a court to end her guardianship earlier this summer, saying she deserved to have a normal life.
“It is my wish and my dream that this will all end,” Spears said of guardianship during her testimony, Kim Renfro and Kelsey Vlamis of Insider reported. “I just want my life back. Guardianship should end. I really believe this guardianship is abusive.”
California judge Brenda Penny on Wednesday said Spears’ current tutelage was “untenable” and ruled that her father, Jamie Spears, would be removed from office.
John Zabel, owner of Media Finance Structures, has been appointed temporary curator of Spears. Penny will decide whether Spears’ guardianship should be completely ended at a hearing on November 12.
At his hearing last week, Spears supporters showed up outside the courtroom. Azmi Haroun and Erin Snodgrass insiders reported that the street outside the courthouse was closed as supporters gathered, greeted speakers and held up signs demanding Spears’ release from guardianship.
Supporters waved flags, shouting “Hey, hey. Ho, ho. Guardianship must go.” Their songs could be heard inside the courtroom.
Spears was forced into legal guardianship by her father in 2008 after publicly struggling with her mental health, resulting in two involuntary stays in mental institutions. Guardianship would have been both tightly controlled and abusive.
Under the arrangement, Jamie Spears had control of his daughter’s estate, financial assets and certain personal assets.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, Spears said she had “a lot of healing to do.”
“While there are changes and things to celebrate in my life, I still have a lot of healing to do,” Spears, 39, wrote on Saturday. “Fortunately I have a good support system and take the time to understand that it is okay to slow down and breathe.”
