The Lions will lose two more starters against the Vikings

The Vikings will host the Detroit Lions 0-4 at US Bank Stadium next Sunday, hoping to right the ship against the hapless Lions.

And, in the end, the Lions face even more adversity as they will be deprived of two key starters against the Vikings.

Nfl.com reports that Lions starting center and PFF top-ranked offensive player Frank Ragnow is unlikely to play against the Vikings on Sunday with a toe injury.

While the injury isn’t likely to end the season, the Lions suffered one on Sunday against the Bears, as starting running back Romeo Okwawa suffered an Achilles injury at the end of the season. Okwara was the Lions’ 3rd highest ranked player in defense and led the team under QB pressure with 16.

The Lions have already lost last year’s first-round pick CB Jeffrey Okudah for the season, and tackle Taylor Decker, one of their best offensive linemen, has been in IR for the last few games and he it is unlikely that he will also play against the Vikings.
