Xbox Series X leak reportedly revealed Dead by Daylight Team exclusive game

Looks like Behavior Interactive, the most famous team of 2016 Death by the light of day, is working on a new Xbox console exclusive that will likely arrive on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S. The leak comes from a LinkedIn profile of a Behavior Interactive-level designer, which mentions an “unannounced project” that has been in the works since August 2019 for PC and Xbox One. There is no mention of the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, but it’s safe to assume that if the game still arrives, it will be a cross-gen version. Unfortunately, the LinkedIn profile doesn’t disclose much else other than that it is an “AAA” game.

On Twitter, where the discovery was shared by Faizan Cheikh |, Xbox insider Nick Backer has confirmed that he hasn’t heard anything about the game, which of course suggests that it could have been deleted, but it’s also possible that it is going under the radar of insiders and Xbox leakers.

Of course, it is also possible that the list contains incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. In other words, take it, and the speculation it created, with a grain of salt. At the time of publication, none of the parties involved have commented on any of this. If that changes, we’ll be sure to update the story accordingly.

With Dead by the light of day, Behavior Interactive has made waves, but since then it’s largely been ports, mobile games, and dropouts. Garden of death, which was a huge flop. In other words, even though Xbox and Behavior Interactive are working on an exclusive console, that might not be the big payout it could be.
