Vishnu Manchu is declared the new president of the MAA. The campaign for the election of the MAA 2021 was launched in September by the two panels of Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu. The campaign ignited mutual criticism on a personal level.
Eventually, the uproar between the two panels attracted media attention and thus became a topic in both Telugu states.
Although this is only 925 votes, the attention these elections have drawn is nonetheless to any serious political election.
The election took place today and the counting began in the evening. Amid the biting suspense the results were declared.
With the exception of the post of Srikanth’s executive vice president of Prakash Raj’s panel, every candidate for the incumbent positions of the main office lost the election to Vishnu’s panel.
Eventually, Vishnu Manchu won the elections with a huge majority and declared himself to be the new chairman of the MAA.
