PONTIAC, Mich. – A Detroit area man who was convicted of murder at age 13 was charged with selling heroin and methamphetamine.
Nathaniel Abraham is now 33 years old. The bond had been set at $ 100,000 during a court appearance Friday at Farmington Hills. Outside the courts, lawyer James Galen said his client was "not resisting as well".
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says investigators have seized methamphetamine, about $ 3,100 and digital scales in a Pontiac home.
Abraham faces drug charges in two communities. A hearing in Pontiac is scheduled for Saturday.
Abraham was 11 years old in 1997 when he was accused of shooting a stranger to Pontiac. He was sentenced at the age of 13 years. He was released from state supervision in 2007, but had legal problems afterwards.
