The woman accused of throwing the girl, 27-year-old Wilma Brown, was charged with mistreating the place of a felony child Thursday in St. Louis County. Relatives said the girl suffered a nick to the head that required seven stitches during the February 1 incident at Brighter Day Care and Preschool.
