Improved versions of the original Halo games on Xbox One X postponed to 2018

It was last week that I wrote that Microsoft was preparing to release the Master Chief for PC and that the company has made it official today. The Master Chief collection was announced at the Inside Xbox event that the company had aired earlier today.

For MCC, 343 indicates that all the features you expect from a modern PC title will be included; it is not a simple port from the Xbox to the PC. In addition, the games will be deployed, so it will not be a drop of all games at once as they did with the release of the Xbox and this will also include Halo Reach.

The other important announcement for this game is that it will also be available on Steam as well, not just in the Microsoft store.

As for the order of publication, Halo Reach is the first title followed by titles in chronological order.

Microsoft continues to invest heavily in the gaming sector. From the purchase of studios to the construction of its proprietary IP address, to xCloud to broadcast this content anywhere and GamePass services to monetize the offer. Next week, the company will participate in the game developer conference, where we can learn more about their current strategy as the company prepares for the next generation of games.
