Praise Gayle King

When CBS this morning announced that Gayle King had met R. Kelly, many wondered why the popular daytime show gave a tribune to the besieged singer. But when the first clips of the interview were published and the viewers had a glimpse of Kelly's loss, they were hooked.

Frankly speaking, King's interview with Kelly was awesome TV.

The veteran journalist moved Kelly with heated questions about rumors of sexual misconduct that have been circulating around him for decades.
