We'll know more on March 19th

Jade Raymond is starting a new chapter in her career, and she is doing so alongside one of the major new players in the gaming industry. Raymond joined Google as vice president.

This announcement comes exactly one week before Google's keynote address at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. It goes without saying that she is probably the vice president of Google's new gaming initiative.

Raymond had a rich history in games. She was a producer the first two Assassin & # 39; s Creed before opening a Ubisoft studio in Toronto in 2010. In 2014, she left Ubisoft for Electronic Arts and founded EA Motive in Montreal. EA Motive's most notable work was the campaign for Star Wars Battlefront II. Raymond left EA last October.

Given his references and the proximity of the GDC, there is no doubt that Raymond helps to guide the ship with regard to projects Google. But we will know everything about it on March 19th.
