Britney Spears' catalog will serve as a backbone to a new fairy-tale musical, such as The New York Times reports. The musical entitled It was once again is scheduled to open this fall in Chicago before moving to Broadway, and will include more than 20 Britney Spears tracks, as well as "some record excerpts".
The book was written by Jon Hartmere with Kristin Hanggi (Book of ages) Directed and choreographed by Keone & Mari Madrid. The previews will begin at the James M. Nederlander Theater on October 29th and the show will open on November 13th.
