ORLANDO, Florida – Disney cruise ships are heading to a second island destination.

Disney has bought a property on Eleuthera Island and the Bahamas government has reached an agreement with Disney to develop it.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that Bahamas Prime Minister Hubert Minnis announced the purchase this weekend in a statement.

According to the release, Disney's development of the 700-acre (280-hectare) property will represent an investment of between $ 250 and $ 400 million.

The release also states that Disney will donate to the government 190 acres (over 75 hectares) of land, including the southernmost tip of the island, to the government to create a national park. The land donated has a value of $ 6.29 million.

Disney already owns a private island, Castaway Cay, but its cruise line is changing from four to five ships by 2023.
