A mini baby boom takes place in a Maine hospital. Nine childbirth and delivery nurses from the same unit of Maine Medical Center are all pregnant and have to give birth between April and July.

The hospital announced pregnancies on Facebook on Monday, congratulating the nurses. Eight of them are pictured on the photo, holding pieces of paper with their due dates.

Brittany Verville, one of the future moms, also shared group photos on Facebook by writing: "Something is definitely in the water here at the Maine Medical Center on the work unit and d & # 39; # 39; s birth! "

The nurses all rely very well, just like their place of work. "It's good to talk to everyone – solve problems and answer questions too, because I'm a bit of a pro," said Rachel Stellmach, a nurse and mother of three.

"Do not worry, we have a plan," the hospital wrote on Facebook, in response to growing concerns about staffing complications. He says he's quite ready to cover the nine shifts of nurses on maternity leave.

This is not the first time that such a coincidence occurs. In July, six nurses in the same hospital unit in North Carolina discovered that they were all pregnant at the same time.
