Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton, co-stars of "Terminator," met Thursday at CinemaCon in Las Vegas to promote the sequel to the hit action movie.

Schwarzenegger, 71, and Hamilton, 62, sat on the stage to discuss "Terminator: Dark Fate." The first images of the film have been shown to the public. According to the Associated Press, Hamilton, who got his hands on guns and doubles, stole the show.

The film, starring Mackenzie Davis, is a direct sequel to the blockbuster movie "Terminator 2: Judgment Day," published in 1991 by James Cameron. It will omit the other suites and reboot of "Terminator".

"Is not it great? The whole team is reunited again," Schwarzenegger wondered on the Las Vegas stage with Hamilton by his side. "It's so fantastic."

The film should be released in theaters on November 1st. Cameron produced the film and co-wrote the screenplay.

Schwarzenegger said that he "was reaching the age" where he could not "do this forever".

"I will stay in the next 20 or 30 years, but I can not do it forever," he said. "It's a bit depressing".

The star of the action movie noted that Hamilton had attracted a lot of attention for her physical strength in "Terminator 2: The Last Judgment" and that she always had it.

"Now, all those years later, she's doing push-ups, she's still torn apart," he said, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Hamilton said he decided to return to the franchise because of the "scenario, scenario and director of distribution", claiming it was an event "once or twice in a life that can not be turned away".
