Carton was sentenced to 45 years in prison after being convicted last November for conspiracy, wire fraud and securities fraud.

He has collected millions of dollars from investors, claiming to have access to VIP tickets for sporting events and concerts.

But in reality, he used this money to pay his gambling debts and his landscaping bills.

The 50-year-old Manhattan resident has for years been the partner of former ex-quarterback Jets Boomer Esiason in the WFAN "Boomer and Carton" show. He left the series after his arrest in 2017.
