MINNEAPOLIS – Zion Williamson is ready for the next phase of his life and if this phase includes playing for the Knicks, he is ready for that.

Williamson admitted that it was bitterly sweet to be at the Final Four without being a competitor. His college career ended last Sunday with a 68-67 loss to Michigan State in the Elite Eight in Washington, D.C.
"Yes, I am a competitor," he says humbly. "I would have liked to be here in different circumstances, but I mean, you win, you lose, then you just have to move on."
To show how humbling and refreshing he is, he added, "Well done to Michigan State, I wish them the best of luck."
Williamson became the eighth Duke player to win the Oscar Robertson Award and the seventh Blue Devil to win the AP Award. It's the third year after Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis to capture both prices.
"I think the NBA has the chance to bring in a young player like you, along with a few other stars, and to be very productive," Robertson said.
"Then you do not know which team you are going to visit in the NBA, but I hope you'll meet the right team because you're going to be a great star for the NBA. It's just wonderfully wonder to players like you to enter the NBA because the NBA is an excellent basketball league, and it is only for players like you that it will go from the front. I am happy to congratulate you for winning this award. "

Williamson thinks he's online for a $ 100 million snowshoe deal, more than $ 90 million James Lebron came out of high school.
"There are some special athletes, singular, who can move the needle," said Sonny Vaccaro, legendary basketball guru at the base, at TMZ Sports this week. "Zion Williamson moved the needle even before becoming a professional.
"Zion Williamson is known to people aged 14, 15, 13, 60, 70, 80 and 80 years because of his brilliance, his charismatic presence, and that's why he is different."
Old Duke Star Christian Laettner Believe that Williamson fits perfectly into the modern NBA of basketball without position, claiming that he can play any position.
"I think it's going to be great, I'm expecting it to be awesome at the next level," Laettner said Tuesday on "Boomer & Gio".
"My only hope is that he will never be injured before 4-5 years, otherwise we will see incredible blocks, incredible dunks, incredible games on the basketball court of this young man."
He added, "I do not really see him integrating anywhere [at a position]he is a basketball player. This is a very good basketball player. There are times when he looks like a leader. There are times when he looks like Shaq over there. There are times when he looks like Charles Barkley over there. So, that is someone who can get a big rebound on the defensive side, push the breakout like a guard and dunk on you like the best dunkers I've ever seen.
"So it's without a position, I think it's going to do very well, and yes, he has to develop a little more of his rider, but if people give him space, he is so explosive and swollen that he can get by … tight against him, he can get around them because he's very strong, so it's an amazing talent, I think that's ############################################## He will do very well.
