We do not know if Elon Musk from Tesla love trouble, or if trouble just love Elon but anyway, it seems that he has recently avoided a little more.

A Bloomberg report released on Friday said the CEO in question pushed a former Tesla employee who resigned and was trying to say goodbye to his colleagues. The report also states that Musk insulted the employee and ordered him to leave the premises immediately.

"Elon left an employee at our Fremont Delivery Center last year due to concerns about his performance, however, no physical altercation took place," said a Tesla representative in a statement to Roadshow. "This information is simply false, as confirmed by many people who have observed the incident first-hand."

The alleged incident was serious enough that the Tesla Board of Trustees opened an investigation into the behavior of its former chairman and concluded that there was no evidence of a physical altercation. This contradicts the statements of several employees who claimed to attend the event but spoke to Bloomberg anonymously, fearing reprisals.

"It is incumbent on the board to take seriously any issues that may be of interest to us that affect senior executives, regardless of size," the board said in a statement to Bloomberg. "In this case, we conducted a thorough examination, which proved that there was never any physical altercation, a fact confirmed by many people present at that time."

As a general rule, if we heard about someone, we would probably suggest it to him stop hanging out with Joe Rogan and reject the drugsbut it's not the first time that Elon totally loses it and returns someone, or worse. This testifies to his often controversial management style, which has caused problems for the company and himself on several occasions.

Currently, Musk has been ordered to settle its disputes with the Securities and Exchange Commission after this regulator asked that a judge of the US Federal Court considers it a contempt.
