Vicki Gunvalson An 82-year-old woman reportedly claimed that the star of The Real Housewives of Orange County had lied to her about an insurance policy. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, an elderly person Joan Lile continues Gunvalson and his company, Coto Insurance & Financial Services.
She is suing for unspecified damages. Lile has accused Gunvalson, 57, of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract, the report said.

Lile testified before the courts that Gunvalson, "taking advantage of the trust" of her and her husband, had sold them a policy which she had promised the inclusion of the special provision "Lifetime Exemption of all premiums for a surviving spouse ".
"This SWOP advantage was of the utmost importance to the Liles because Robert Lile was significantly older than Joan Lile and wanted to know first and foremost that his wife would be financially protected when he died," the authorities said.
Lile believes that Gunvalson falsely fraudulently and voluntarily presented the policies for more than 20 years "during [Lile] paid ever increasing premiums but finally was denied the specific benefit on which the purchase of the policy was based. "
The woman says that after her husband Robert Deceased in 2017 and she claims to have tried to exercise the SWOP benefit, the insurance company rejected her – and she continued to be charged premiums. Gunvalson has not yet responded to the claims.
