BUFFALO, NY (WIVB / WBNG) – The Buffalo Police Service is seeking the public's help in identifying the person (s) responsible for the killing of a young boy and a man. 39, having injured another Saturday night.
Buffalo police say that 12-year-old Bandar Elwaseem was killed by a stray bullet that struck his home on William Street. At a press conference, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown said the bullet had "traveled a considerable distance."
