Intel has slowly built the Justice League GPU marketing teams as part of its future graphics card launches, and another Team Red member has joined the Blue team.
I can only say that Heather Lennon, who built the AMD social and community strategy for the company over 10 years, has now joined Intel. Heather has strengthened the Team Red community and won PR News Week honors, as well as PR News' Top 30 Under 30 in 2014.
Lennon has got 40 huge rewards for marketing and digital marketing for AMD prior to directing their North American marketing to AMD's Best Buy account, which ran the Radeon and Ryzen products for the company.
Heather will join Intel as the new Senior Director, Digital Marketing for Graphics. She will be joined by Mark Taylor, a former NVIDIA staff member, who led technical marketing for NVIDIA's Tesla and DGX platforms. Taylor joined the new Intel Graphics Marketing team to lead the marketing and GTM strategies for data center graphics.
Heather and Mark are two new sources of energy for Intel's relentless acquisition of talent, after countless acquisitions, including Tom Peterson, former NVIDIA staff member. We also have former AMD staff members like the former chief architect of RTG, Raja Koduri and chief marketing officer Chris Hookas well as other industry personalities such as Chris Pirillo, Ryan Shrout (from PC Perspective) and others.
