The San Diego woman and her fiance, Bobby Howell, "were in a very basic situation involving a high-speed train and bad guys," wrote Evans in a Facebook message.

Evans woke up Wednesday morning to see the disappearance of her engagement ring. Even though the 007 fixture was a dream, it turns out that Evans swallowed her engagement ring – a story she told in the post-viral that contains over 57,000 shares on Facebook.

Howell and she then went to emergency care where they had to explain to various doctors what had happened.

The doctors decided that letting the ring go through Evans was of course not the best option, something for which she is grateful. She told KGTV, a subsidiary of CNN, that she did not know if she could still enjoy the ring in the same way, if she had let nature take its course.
Evans finally underwent an upper endoscopy, a procedure in which a doctor uses a flexible tube with a camera to view the lining of the gastrointestinal tract, according to the National Institutes of Health.

"Everything went well, they found my ring beyond my stomach in my intestines, got it back and gave it to Bobby, not me," Evans wrote.

Howell made her ring to Evans on Thursday, she wrote, and she promised not to swallow it anymore. She told KGTV that she had started removing her at night.

"We are still getting married and all is well in the world," wrote Evans.

KGTV announced that the couple was planning to get married in the original state of Evans, Texas, next May. The couple did not respond to a request for comment from CNN.
