California authorities claim that another mass shot might have been avoided. Police arrested Rodolfo Montoya, 37, a cook at a Long Beach Marriott. They found several guns and hundreds of cartridges at his home. His arrest is one of the latest among a series of massacre threats after the deadly shooting in El Paso and Dayton.
