A police officer from Cleveland was reportedly arrested for being registered while urinating on a 12-year-old girl while she was waiting for her school bus, according to a report.

Agent Solomon Nhiwatiwa, 34, arrived by car on Friday at Euclid, Ohio, and first tried to kidnap her, asking her if she would like to go to school, according to Cleveland.com.

When the young man refused, Nhiwatiwa left before returning a few moments later.

He then filmed with a mobile phone while relieving himself, said the Cuyahoga County attorney.

The policeman left and the girl's mother finally called Euclid's police, who determined that Nhiwatiwa was the suspect.

He was arrested on Tuesday for sickness and hit with several counts, including attempted kidnapping, assault and public indecency, the news website reported.

"He will be held responsible," said Cuyahoga County District Attorney Michael O'Malley, according to the report.

"The mission of my office is to make sure that it never wears the badge of a police officer anymore."

Nhiwatiwa has been in operation since 2014. He was suspended without pay pending the conclusion of the case.
