AMSTERDAM (AP) – A Dutch art inspector has found a valuable painting by Pablo Picasso 20 years after his flight on a rich Saudi yacht in France.

Arthur Brand said on Tuesday that he had taken possession two weeks ago of the 1938 "Bust of Woman" painting after following him for years in Amsterdam.

Brand, a renowned detective whose previous finds include a pair of sculpted bronze horses for Adolf Hitler, has since handed over the painting, worth an estimated 25 million euros ($ 28 million), to a company of insurance.

Brand says that he knew it was the real thing as soon as he had got his hands on it.

He says, "You know he's a Picasso, because there's magic out there."
