A woman wanted by the police is behind bars after revealing her location in an online spit on the Force's Facebook page.

Chloe Jones, from Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, was added to the Greene County Sheriff's Office's "Top Ten Wanted" list on March 27, after she did not appear in court following a lawsuit. a charge of assault.

After being spotted on the list in a Facebook message while the agents were chasing her, Jones commented, "Are you doing the pickup or delivery ??" His message was followed by four people crying for laughing emojis.

Jones was then embroiled in a discussion in the comments section about why she had not appeared in court, defending herself against Facebook users who accused her of immaturity.

"There is nothing funny about seeing yourself on a wanted poster, it's embarrassing," wrote one person. "See you, be responsible, it's not too late to change your life."

Jones responded on the public page that she had not appeared in court because she had been to the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia at the time. The fugitive added that she had posted her first comment from there.

Jones was arrested earlier this week.

The Greene County Sheriff's Office released an updated case on Monday night to thank the public in Pennsylvania and West Virginia – and "many others" – for sending them advices.
