Emiel Lamar Hunt, 39, was charged on Tuesday with the death of Trinity Love Jones. Trinity's body was found on March 5 in a clear bush near an equestrian trail at Hacienda Heights.

Authorities say Hunt killed Trinity on or about March 1, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said. The officials did not publish a possible motive.

The girl's body was found, head and upper body protruding from a partially zipped sports bag.
