A man indicted in a series of deadly attacks that disfigured the victims

Seven of the victims were permanently disfigured and one woman needed 20 stitches after being assaulted, prosecutors and law enforcement officials said. One of the victims, Stefany Coboz from Wilmington, told KNBC-TV that after the man cut his neck, he left with a laugh.
